About SA Choice Supports
Hi, I'm Sophie!
I am a qualified AASW registered Social Worker providing NDIS Support Coordination (Level 2 and Specialist Level 3) across South Australia. With a strong background in Support Coordination and Disability Advocacy, my work is guided by the principles of social justice and human rights.
I've supported people across a wide range of areas including the NDIS, government payments, education, employment mental health, housing and process such as the Administrative Review Tribunal.
What Drives SA Choice Supports?
At the heart of everything I do is a genuine passion for supporting people to live life on their own terms. I believe everyone deserves real choice and control over their supports, and to feel confident and informed when making decisions that affect their lives.
What Makes SA Choice Support Different?
SA Choice Supports takes a collaborative and person centred approach to everything. I take the time to really get to know you, your goals, your strengths and what matters most to you. Your voice is at the centre of every decision we make together.
I am not just here to help you navigate the NDIS. I'm here to advocate alongside you, build your confidence, and make sure you feel empowered every step of the way.
I understand that navigating systems can feel overwhelming. My role is to make things clearer, simpler and more manageable, and to be the kind of support coordinator who is responsive, approachable and consistent so you always feel heard and supported.
